Kohlrabi salad

Kohlrabi salad
With seasonal products

175gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 teaspoon of mustard
pinch of sugar
8 sprigs of chives
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1-2 kohlrabi
1 bowl of cress

Preparation

1. Wash the chives and cut the sprigs small.
2. Make a dressing of the chives with vinegar, the mustard, a little sugar, 1 tablespoon of water and the oil.
3. Wash the kohlrabi and cut away the stem ends and unsightly spots.
4. Coarsely grate the kohlrabi or cut it into thin strips.
5. Wash the cress and cut the herb from the container.
6. Mix the cress and dressing with the kohlrabi.

Menu suggestion: Delicious with roasted chickpeas and potatoes.
