Mushroom and radish sandwich

155gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
250 g mushrooms or chestnut mushrooms |
2 lettuce leaves |
1 teaspoon oil |
80 g dairy spread light |
4 slices whole-wheat bread |
1/2 bunch of radishes |
Preparation
1. Toast the sandwiches in a toaster.
2. Wipe the mushrooms clean with a mushroom brush or kitchen paper. Then slice the mushrooms.
3. Wash the radishes, remove the green and cut into thin slices.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry the mushrooms over a high heat until the released liquid has disappeared.
5. Put the mushrooms in a bowl. Carefully stir in the dairy spread.
6. Spread 2 of the toasted bread slices with a layer of the mushroom-dairy spread mixture. Top with some lettuce and radish slices. Finish with the ungreased sandwich.
7. Using a sharp bread knife, cut the sandwiches diagonally twice. Secure the sandwiches with the skewers. The sandwiches are very tasty both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal!
