100gr vegetables p.p. & 100gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 slices of pineapple |
2 leaves of lettuce |
2 slices of ham |
2 slices of 30+ cheese |
4 slices of wholemeal bread |
2 tomatoes |
Preparation
1. Wash the tomatoes and slice.
2. Make 2 double sandwiches. Pile on top of each other: a wholemeal sandwich, lettuce leaf, tomato slices, cheese slice, pineapple slice and a wholemeal sandwich.
3. Cut diagonally and done. Enjoy!
