Red cabbage salad with sultanas

Red cabbage salad with sultanas
With seasonal products

200gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons sultanas
vinegar
piece of red cabbage or 400 grams of very finely chopped red cabbage
thyme
½ press orange

Preparation

1. Squeeze the orange.
2. Wash the sultanas and cook them for a few minutes is the orange juice.
3. Finely shred the red cabbage.
4. Mix the boiling juice with the sultanas through the cabbage and knead well. Leave the red cabbage covered in a cool place for at least 1 hour to soften a little.
5. Season the red cabbage with vinegar, thyme and the oil.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with a ham steak and potatoes.
