Rettich salad with ginger

145gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
200 g rettich |
1 bush of red leaves |
1 tablespoon low-fat yoghurt |
2 tablespoons yogonnaise |
1/2 tablespoon ginger syrup |
pepper |
Preparation
1. Mix the yogonnaise, yoghurt and ginger syrup to make a sauce. Season with freshly ground pepper.
2. Clean the radish and cut or grate it into thin strips or slices.
3. Mix the rettich into the sauce.
4. Cut a slice from the underside of the red leaves. Remove the pretty leaves from the bush. Wash these and arrange them on a plate or platter.
5. Fill the red-leaf sprouts with the radish salad. Enjoy your meal!
