Snack vegetables with fresh ravigote sauce

Ingredients
4 carrots in strips |
1 pepper in strips |
1/2 cucumber halved and in strips |
200 g radishes halved |
FOR THE RAVIGOTESAUS |
1 shallot chopped |
1/2 lemon the juice |
200 ml low-fat yoghurt |
10 g parsley finely chopped |
10 g chives finely chopped |
3 tsp capers |
1 tsp dried tarragon |
Preparation
1. Put the ingredients for the fresh ravigote sauce in a bowl and mix together.
2. Divide the ravigote sauce between 4 cups and insert the carrots, cucumber, pepper and radish. Serve immediately!
