Ingredients

4 carrots in strips
1 pepper in strips
1/2 cucumber halved and in strips
200 g radishes halved
FOR THE RAVIGOTESAUS
1 shallot chopped
1/2 lemon the juice
200 ml low-fat yoghurt
10 g parsley finely chopped
10 g chives finely chopped
3 tsp capers
1 tsp dried tarragon

Preparation

1. Put the ingredients for the fresh ravigote sauce in a bowl and mix together.

2. Divide the ravigote sauce between 4 cups and insert the carrots, cucumber, pepper and radish. Serve immediately!
