370gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

3 carrots
1 stalk of celery
2 tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
approx. 100g of radish
1/2 pepper
1/2 cauliflower cleaned (approx. 350g)
approx. 100g of cucumber

Preparation

1. Clean the vegetables.
2. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Cut the rest of the vegetables into sticks. Place the vegetables on a flat plate.
3. Make the dipping sauce in a small bowl: with 2 tablespoons cottage cheese and 2 tablespoons ketchup. Stir well with a fork and then enjoy dipping. Enjoy!
