Ingredients
2 persons
3 carrots |
1 stalk of celery |
2 tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup |
approx. 100g of radish |
1/2 pepper |
1/2 cauliflower cleaned (approx. 350g) |
approx. 100g of cucumber |
Preparation
1. Clean the vegetables.
2. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Cut the rest of the vegetables into sticks. Place the vegetables on a flat plate.
3. Make the dipping sauce in a small bowl: with 2 tablespoons cottage cheese and 2 tablespoons ketchup. Stir well with a fork and then enjoy dipping. Enjoy!
