Spicy tuna pistolet

90gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
5 brown pistolets |
125g bean sprouts |
100g celery |
1 onion |
130g gherkins |
10 salad leaves |
100g ham |
300g tuna fish in olive oil |
120g low-fat cottage cheese |
10ml lemon juice |
4 teaspoons paprika |
Preparation
1. Mix the tuna, cottage cheese, lemon juice and spices. Puree with the hand blender.
2. Wash the celery and cut into fine slices.
3. Clean the onions. Chop the onions and pickles into small pieces.
4. Mix the celery, onions and gherkins with the tuna puree.
5. Wash the lettuce leaves and bean sprouts.
6. Cut the pistolet in half and spread each half with the tuna puree. Top one part with the ham and lettuce.
7. Then divide the bean sprouts over the ham and place the other half of the bread on top. Enjoy your meal.
