Vegetables with braised salmon fillet

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 400 grams of stir-fried vegetables like onion carrot or pepper |
| 2 tablespoons of oil |
| 2 pieces of salmon fillet |
| 1 clove of garlic |
| piece of ginger root |
| 1 tablespoon of fish sauce |
Preparation
1. Clean the garlic and chop it small.
2. Peel and grate the piece of ginger.
3. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the garlic and ginger in it until fragrant.
4. Add the stir-fried vegetables and let the vegetables get hot.
5. Sprinkle the salmon with pepper.
6. Season the vegetables with pepper and the fish sauce. If necessary, add a little water.
7. Set the vegetables aside slightly and place the fish inside. Stew the fish for about 8 minutes.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with brown rice.
