Wok dish with kalettes soy sauce and sesame seeds

200gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

300 gr Kalettes®
1-2 tbsp wok oil or olive oil
1 garlic clove
small piece of ginger root
1 chilli
1 red onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Wash the pepper and cut it in half lengthwise. Remove any seeds and pits if you want to make the dish less spicy.
  2. Chop the red onion, chop the garlic finely and chop the piece of ginger root small.
  3. Wash the Kalettes® and drain them well; if necessary, cut very large Kalettes® in half or quarters.
  4. Blanch the Kalettes® in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes, without adding anything.
  5. Heat the (wok) oil and fry the garlic, ginger, chilli and red onion. Add the Kalettes® and stir-fry on high heat for a few seconds. Add some soy sauce.
  6. Then sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.

    Menu suggestion: This dish can be served with unpolished rice and chicken thigh.
