Wok dish with kalettes soy sauce and sesame seeds

Ingredients

300 gr Kalettes® |
1-2 tbsp wok oil or olive oil |
1 garlic clove |
small piece of ginger root |
1 chilli |
1 red onion |
1 tbsp soy sauce |
1 tbsp sesame seeds |
Preparation
- Wash the pepper and cut it in half lengthwise. Remove any seeds and pits if you want to make the dish less spicy.
- Chop the red onion, chop the garlic finely and chop the piece of ginger root small.
- Wash the Kalettes® and drain them well; if necessary, cut very large Kalettes® in half or quarters.
- Blanch the Kalettes® in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes, without adding anything.
- Heat the (wok) oil and fry the garlic, ginger, chilli and red onion. Add the Kalettes® and stir-fry on high heat for a few seconds. Add some soy sauce.
- Then sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
Menu suggestion: This dish can be served with unpolished rice and chicken thigh.
