Green beans with tomato

395gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 teaspoon ground cumin (djinten) |
400g green beans |
1 teaspoon ground coriander (ketoembar) |
1 onion |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 clove garlic |
2 large ripe tomatoes |
Preparation
1. Clean and cook the green beans for about 10 minutes.
2. Clean and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Skin the tomatoes and cut the flesh into pieces.
4. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil until translucent. Briefly fry the spices and tomato pieces.
5. Add the drained green beans and warm thoroughly.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with fried egg and potatoes.
