Ingredients

| 250 grams | strawberries |
| 1 scoop | ginger |
| 1 | spring onion |
| 1 | small avocado (approx. 130 g) |
| 1 teaspoon | curry powder |
| 2 heaped tablespoons | low-fat cottage cheese |
| 2 | wholemeal rolls |
| 2 leaves | lettuce (lollo bionda) |
Preparation
- Wash the strawberries in cold water and remove the crowns. Halve them.
- Bake the pita buns in an oven or toaster according to instructions on the packet.
- Meanwhile, chop the ginger very finely.
- Cut the spring onion into thin rings.
- Peel the avocado, remove the stone. Cut the flesh into strips. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
- Mix curry powder and ginger into the cottage cheese.
- Cut open the pita buns on one side. Brush the inside with the cottage cheese. Place the lettuce on top and fill with avocado, strawberries and spring onion. Enjoy!
