Spicy Brussels sprouts with tofu

225gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
50g bean sprouts |
½ red pepper |
200g smoked tofu |
1 tablespoon oil |
½ tablespoon sesame seeds |
piece of ginger |
1 clove garlic |
400g sprouts |
Preparation
1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and boil them in little water for 5 minutes until almost tender.
2. Peel and coarsely grate the piece of ginger.
3. Finely chop the piece of pepper.
4. Clean the garlic and chop the clove small.
5. Dice the tofu.
6. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
7. Briefly stir-fry the ginger, pepper and garlic in the hot oil.
8. Add the tofu and fry the cubes until brown.
9. Add the sprouts and heat through well. Finally, stir-fry the bean sprouts.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with potatoes.
