Spicy nasi

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
400g nasi vegetable mix such as onion red pepper leek white cabbage and tomato |
1 teaspoon sambal |
2 teaspoons ginger powder |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons oil |
175g brown rice |
150g ham cubes |
Preparation
1. Cook the rice according to the instructions.
3. Remove seeds and seeds from red pepper and cut into small pieces.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok. Stir-fry the vegetables over a high heat for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle the ginger powder over the vegetables. Add the diced ham to the vegetables and fry for about 1 minute. Add the sambal and stir well.
5. Mix the eggs with 2 tablespoons of water. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the egg mixture into an omelette.
6. Divide the rice and vegetable mixture between 2 plates and add an omelette tip. Enjoy your meal!
