Watermelon pizza

Ingredients
300g watermelon (halved and seedless) |
50 millilitres semi-skimmed yoghurt |
60g strawberries (halved and green on top) |
27g blueberries |
33g raspberries |
33g blackberries |
1g fresh mint (leaves) |
Preparation
- Cut a 2-3 cm thick round from the cut end of the watermelon. Cut the watermelon into equal wedges. Arrange the wedges on a serving dish so they resemble a pizza.
- Spread the lactose-free low-fat cottage cheese evenly over each piece. Then top with the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. Garnish with the fresh mint to serve.
