Green juice with courgette, pear, spinach and mint

340gr vegetables p.p. & 200gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients

200g courgette |
1 large ripe pear |
40-50g fresh (baby) spinach |
2-4 mint leaves |
100g peeled parsnips |
squeeze of lime juice |
Preparation
Material: peeler, juicer
1. Put the courgette, pear, spinach, mint leaves and parsnip through the juicer
2. Add a squeeze of lime juice to the juice to taste
