Winter salad

305gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 chicory bush |
1 spring onion |
8 half walnuts |
raddichio (approx. 230g) |
1 tablespoon oil |
± 2 tablespoons vinegar |
100g shaved red cabbage |
honey |
1 stalk celery |
Preparation
1. Clean the vegetables.
2. Tear the raddichio leaves into pieces.
3. Cut the chicory into strips, the celery into bows and the spring onion into rings.
4. Mix the vegetables in a bowl.
5. Make a dressing from the vinegar, pepper, some honey and the oil.
6. Break the walnuts into pieces and sprinkle them over the vegetables.
7. Mix in the dressing.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with boiled egg and potatoes.
