Microgreens are sprouted seeds of various plants. They are young plants whose first leaves have formed. Microgreens each have their own taste, smell, feel and shape. Because the plantlets are so young, these characteristics come out strongly.

Storage
Store micro vegetables in the fridge. They can be kept there for up to 7 days. Some plants, on the other hand, should be kept in a warm environment. Check the packaging to see what care the micro-vegetables need.
Prepare
There are many varieties of cress plants, each with a distinct flavour. Some taste like nuts, broccoli or rocket, others like peas, horseradish or lime. In short, each plant can be used with a suitable dish. Carefully cut off the leaves with scissors. Afterwards, rinse the microgreens briefly.
